1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission website.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return of goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible. We are not responsible for goods lost in return shipment; we recommend using a trackable method.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. For defective or non-conforming goods, your statutory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

5. Geographic scope

This policy is issued by the operator in Denmark. EU consumer withdrawal rights described above apply to consumers in the EU/EEA. If you are outside the EU/EEA, applicable local law may differ; contact us and we will confirm what applies to your order.

6. Food supplements and returns

Our products are food supplements sealed for hygiene. If you open sealed packaging, withdrawal may be excluded under EU rules for hygiene-sealed goods. Unopened goods in resalable condition may be returned in line with sections 1–4. We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with personal experience, as effects vary individually and the product is not sold with a promise of outcome.
